What is the special letter for "tz" in Romanian. Is it like T comma? Just interested.

Yes, it's a T with a comma underneath. Ţ is the equivalent of the "tz" sound and Ş is the equivalent of the "sh" sound. In Romania the girl's name would be spelled Anuţa.
