Does anyone know anything about the meaning of the name Viollca? Is it a variant of Violet? How is it pronounced?

I came across it in a book, set in modern times. The character was from Albania.

Viollca, or more commonly written Vjollca, is the common Albanian word for viola, the flower, used as a given name.

No idea about actual pronounciation.
