Well, the 'flo' part is Latin and it means "flowering" or "happy and prosperous" and Zell could possible come from the Latin 'Zella' which means "zeal". So maybe your name means "flowering zeal".

Well, that link says Zella is also German....hmm...we'll nevermind..I just followed the links and all together it came out to mean "male" so I believe that would be a different 'Zella'. Hehe.
