My name is Antigona. With an a instead of e. Its a common name in Albania (i'm not from Albania thou) but I wonder if my name has the same meaning as the name Antigone?

Of course it's the same. The name is slightly different in different languages but is still essentially the same name. For example, in Polish it is Antygona and in Spanish it is Antígona. Antigona is the form in several languages.
