I'm from Poland and I can tell you that the feminine form is Izydora. It's listed in the name day calendar.

You mean a list on this site? I didn't look there, I found it in a Polish book I have.

There is a name day list on BtN, yes, but I couldn't find Izydora there. Isidore is apparently April 4.
