I have never heard of that, and I would like more information! Paris in what lanquage means fighter? If it is in greek I will be very sorprised because I am greek and, as far as I know, there is no word paris for battle or something like that.
Alexander doesn't mean fighter. It's the one who protects men or protects from men or send away men or meanings like that. (If you were greek you would realise better these words)
