is there software that actually anagramms all the possible combo's of names?? Or am I just confused?

Part of it's software, Sarahjeanne, and part of it is human creativity. The software is merely a tool (like a calculator) to speed up the process, but one still has to create one's own "user dictionaries", as well as "tweak" the results a bit to arrive at acceptably intelligble anagrams.
