Have you asked your parents where they found your names and how they came to give them to you? That's the first bit of information one needs to know before one can accurately track down the origin of an uncommon given name.
my mom says that if i was a boy she was going to name me uriah and she switched the r with an m cause it sounded prety lol and kaybree came from my aunt cause she liked it alot when she heard it frustrating isnt it!!
Since your mother created the name, the original "meaning" of your first name is "created by Umiah's mother by altering Uriah". There isn't any other "meaning" that can be logically assigned.
If your aunt remembers where she heard Kaybree, perhaps that one can be tracked down further.

k so does that also mean that my name could be a veriaton of uriah and tie in with the meaning of uriah because i am doing a report in school and my teacher is going to want a legitamate meaning cause i already told her it was a name made by my mother and she said thats not good enough! what do you think?
Tell your teacher that a past president of the American Name Society thinks "my mother created it by changing Uriah to make it sound more feminine to her" is a perfectly legitimate meaning.
Of course in writing your whole report you can say what the original meaning of Uriah in Hebrew was. That would be part of the entire history of your name. But it also is necessary to say that your mother deliberately altered Uriah herself, because that is also an important part of the whole story of how your name came about.
