I saw this name on somebody's Facebook wall. I thought it sounded pretty, (at least in the way I'm pronouncing it!) Does anyone have any information about this name, or is it rare/unique/made-up?

I can't offer you any profound knowledge, just an (un)educated guess: The name looks like an elaboration of Vianne / Viana using the French feminine suffix -elle.
Then there was a French writer and chansonnier Boris Vian. Might be made-up in his honour... This "theory" might be a little too far-fetched, though.
