Gender : Male
Ethnic Background : Unknow
Those are the names of my two foreign computer science teachers in France & I dare not ask them because it's rude... but I would like to know !

Never heard of either.
PRHASAK provides exactly one hit at google - in Japanese! But6 it reminds me of a surname which is fairly common in Germany: PRO(C)HASKA. This is from the Czech noun procházka, walk.
