That is who we named ds after, Natas Kaupus. He was a famous skateboarder back when ds's dad was young, and he fell in love with the name. Because of the associate with satan I wouldn't use the original spelling, but the name grew on me REALLY fast, so we altered the spelling. The name Natas is what I'm really looking for information on.

I had also read on one of Natas's sites that they had expected a girl (Natasha) and he came out a boy so they shortened it. but because the name is Lithuanian, Satan is not a lithuanian word so it wasn't a factor for them like it was for us.
