...name pronounced eye-ay-nuh. My closed guess is that it's spelled Ayana but I'm not sure. Heard on a girl maybe five years old, grandfather was Caucasian, girl was slightly darker in skin tone.

Ayanna, Ayana, Aiyana and Iyana are in the US top thousand for 2008. I expect most of these are pronounced eye-ah-nuh rather than eye-ay-nuh, but who knows?

Yeah my guess would be Ayana or Aiana. I can't see how else you'd get that prn.
