How do you pronounce it. I've heard people say its Kat-are-zina and others say its kat-a-zina. Anybody know?
Its Polish if that helps at all.

Its pronounced (kah-tah-ZHIH-nah). The rz sound makes a soft j sound like the sound in treasure or pleasure. The Y in Katarzyna is somewhat akin to the i sound in pig.

People can pronounce it whichever way they choose, it doesn't really matter. Unless you know someone with that name and they tell you to pronounce it a certain way.
