Is Glaw used as a name in Wales?

I wanting to know if Glaw, meaning "rain" is used as a name in Wales. This site lists it as a "modern Welsh name", and I know that many of the names that have that tag (like Rhamantus and Disgleirio) definitely aren't used in Wales. So is Glaw used in Wales, and what gender would it be for?

I've seen it used both as a boy's and a girl's name but I suspect it is a modernism as it only seems to be younger people who use it. I'm not 100%.

Thank you very much. :) I think Glaw sounds very pretty. At least the way I'm pronouncing it - does it rhyme with "how"? Is glaw a masculine or feminine noun in Welsh?
