My name is Anali. I am a Jewish/Bulgarian girl born in the USA. Does anyone know where my name comes from? I do not know anything about it, and I cannot ask my parents because I am a foster child.

Your name can be a blend of Anna and Elizabeth, and has various spellings like Annelie, Annali and so on. Both of those names are used in both Jewish and Christian communities all over the world, so your birth parents made a good choice when naming you.
