The most comprehensive list I've found is:
http://www.catholic-forum.com/saints/patron02.htm
I'm not sure that it has all the names you're looking for, but it has definitely has entries for Cera, Anysia, and Alvarez. Each of these entries has other names that the saint is known by, usually ones that you can find on BtN. (For example, for Cera, it lists Ciara and Ceara)

Error with Alvaro/Alvarez
"Alvarez of Cordova" is, in fact, "Alvaro of Cordova" (a blessed, not a saint, actually).
http://www.archimadrid.es/princi/princip/otros/santoral/santoral.htm
At Google:
"Beato Alvaro de Cordoba", 458 results
"San Alvaro de Cordoba", 327 results
"Beato Alvarez de Cordoba", 0 results
"San Alvarez de Cordoba", 0 results
"Saint Alvarez of Cordova", 0 results
"Blessed Alvarez of Cordova, 34 results
Then, the error is an error of reading which only appears in English sites (in English, Alvaro is not an usual name and Alvaro and its surname Alvarez can be easily mixed up).
Alvarez is only a surname, then saint Julio Álvarez Mendoza is saint Julio (Álvarez Mendoza), not saint Álvarez and not saint Mendoza.
Other saints surnames are used as first names (Oriol, Borja, Javier...), but not Álvarez, perhaps because it is a very usual surname, it has an end in -ez (typical of patronymes) and it is strongly related with a real name (Álvaro). Same with the Portuguese saint Bartolomeu (Bartholomew) Alvarez.
The link www.catholic-forum.com has a problem of coherence in its criteria of classification of saints. Some are classified by surname "Alvarez, Julio", "Silva, Beatrice da" or geographical origin "Sweden, Ingrid of", but others are classified by first name "Susanna Cobioje", "Syrus of Pavia".
The correct way to classify saints names is by first name. In cases of saints surnames (Javier) or titles (Chantal) very usual as first names, the entry sends to the main entry; Javier > Francisco Javier, Oriol > Josep Oriol, etc.

Alvarez is simply "a descentant of Alvaro." If you care for more information, try this link (in Spanish):

Other links
I saw that the link opens many pop-ups that difficult the reading.
I have found two more(in Spanish, too) without pop-ups. The first is very clear and easy to read; the second is a bit difficult because of letter size, but it has complementary information:

I like misapellidos.com, but it really is a pain to read.

Who was St.Annemund?
I checked a few books and sites, but couldn't find St.Annemund. Who was she? When did she live? Where did you find her?

He, he... (he was a man) :)
St. Annemund

Bishop and friend of St. Wilfrid of York, called Delphinus by Bede and Chamond or Annemundus. The son of a prefect in Lyons, Gaul, Annemund was raised in the count of King Dagobert I. Thanks for this one!
I believe Anysia is a variant of Agnes.
I suppose Annemund could be Old German 'ansi'-a god plus 'mund'-protection (like Old English Osmond) but I doubt it. I would guess it is more Anne, which was likely already a common given name, with the addition of 'mund'- protection, so 'protection of Anne (St. Anne?)'
Is it possible Aleaunie was a misread/misprint of Alcuin?
Cera? Maybe a form of Sarah or Kara?

Anysia
Anysia comes from the Latin Anysius, derivated from the Greek Üíõóéò, "end, result". The name means, more or less, "one who comes together".
There is a saint Anysia, martyr at Salonica (IV c.) (name day December 30). And there is a saint Anysius, bishop of Salonica (V c.) (name day December 30).

Autor, not Artor
Autor (not Artor) is a variant of Auctor, from the Latin auctor, "one who augments" (from augeo, "to augment, to magnificy").
There are two saint Auctor:
saint Auctor, bishop of Metz (V c.) (name day August 10), and
saint Auctor, bishop of Treveris (V c.) (name day August 20).
