I don't know whether to say Dar uh or Dare uh.

For a girl: Olivia Rose or Alexandria Rose and Madeleine Grace
For a boy: Jonathan Elliott or Michael Orion and Caleb Matthew

Dara is pronounced Dar-ah. At least in Hebrew it's pronounced like that. It has different origins so both Dar-ah and Dare-ah might be correct. I prefer Dar-ah.

I think there are probably big individual and dialect differences in this one, but the one woman I know with this name pronounces it with the first syllable like the word "dare".

It's Dar-uh in Ireland at any rate. Dara is a masculine name here. Dare-uh sounds like an American pronunciation.

I've been pronouncing it "DAR-uh". To me the "DARE-uh" pronounciation sounds more masculine.
