Fainne (Satu maybe you know this one?)

I was looking for Fainne, but i can't find the meaning anywhere! (or background etc.) i found it on a site as a kreativ spelling of Fenna (which you (satu) told me the meaning etc. of already)
So any idea on meaning/background?????

Fainne is an Irish name meaning "ring". It is pronounced "FEN-yah".
There is a Frisian name pronounced the same way: Fenja, which is a form of Fenna (Frisian pet form for Frida / Frieda).
But the spelling Fainne isn't used for Fenja as far as I know. In the countries where Frisian names are used (the Netherlands, Germany and Denmark), Fainne would be pronounced FEYE-neh.
