Pronunciation of Royce
I've heard the name Royce pronounced like Hoyce several times. Where does this pronunciation come from? Could it be Brazilian?

I've always thought it's pronounced as the 'royce' in the car brand "Rolls Royce."
That's how I do it anyway, but I could be wrong.
ETA: As far as I can tell by a Wiki search, Rolls Royce is split between North America and Germany (by way of Volks Wagen I think), by both car- and plane engine manufacturing. So there could be some German influence on the pronunciation.
