In Estonian, Aotar means the daughter of the dawn. It´s a female name, originally a descriptive one, found in documents of the XVIth Century. Are there any suggestions that the name can be found in other cultures?

The closest cultures would be those of the other Baltic countries (Latvia and Lithuania), Finland, and Russia.
The female suffix -tar also exists in normal Finnish words (kuningatar, ruhtinatar) and some old female names (Ilmatar, Suometar). However, the name Aotar is unknown over on this side of the gulf.
