Vlad is the only one that really makes the most sense. But Valto, in a way, can be a form of it (it's really a form of Vladmir but the two are really close). Vova is a Russian diminutive of Vladimir, and I'm sure it can be a diminutive for Vladislav as well. Laszlo is a form of Vladislav, and Vlatko, Volodya, and Walduœ are other diminutives of Vladimir as well, which could likely work for Vladislav..
