I am a little Sanskrit from forever ago....I wanted the same thing for my children..I named my daughetr Charlijet..I think I had heard it from a while ago, but maybe I misunderstood, because no one has heard of it. I think it's really pretty. My name is Mackenshaya after my Great (of some sort) Grandma

this has nothing to do with your question but you could give your future daughter kateri as a middle name. it's after kateri tekakwitha who was baptized as a catholic way back in the 1670s

but I am looking for meaning of names
and I want to know my tribe, so I can name my child with a word or in the language of my people

yeah, kateri was mowhawk..i found some links that worked! there's an e book of indian names, but you have to pay $20 or $30 for it

Thanks for doing a search for me! I am not gonna go paying money (that i dont have mind u, lol) for a baby name book until i know what tribe I am, so i can name them according to that. Ty guys
