I can't find HAILI, but there ist HEILE, HEILI and HAILE. They are all Scandinavian, meaning something with "happiness, blessedness".
Of course HAILI could be anything else …

Heile / Haile are German short forms of names beginning with Heil- (e.g. Heiltraud, Heilwig). They're not Scandinavian.
A Scandinavian name with the same meaning like Heile/Haile (lucky, healthy, holy, blessed) is Helga.
I'd guess, Haili is a creative spelling of Hayley.
