I am not certain about this at all, (so anyone can correct me) but the term Wajifa is from the Holy Qu'ran, and I believe (though am not certain) to give someone Wajifa is to give best wishes and good thoughts.

From this, I guess the name Wajipha might be a variant? I think the term Wajifa can be used as a feminine name. Again, not sure.
