MEL-u-zeen.
Based on typical sound elements in French, there is probably an accent aigu over the e, making it Mélusine. It would be said mey-loo-ZEEN.
meh-loo-seen, presumably, since it's originally French. In English if it ever got widely used I would expect the oo to migrate to a yoo and main stress to be on the first syllable: MEL yoo seen.
