I don't know the origin and the meaning of my name(Huber) I've seen the name Hubert on this page but I don't know if the final t would change the meaning, I heard once that it's german, but it was from a not reliable source. Please if you don't know give another page where I can find it.

Huber is not the same as Hubert. It is originally a German surname from Middle High German huoba, "a measure of land", used for a farmer who held more land than his neighbors. In the USA the surname was often Anglicized as Hoover.
