EE-gor an-DREY-ev, where drey rhymes with day and grey. I haven't heard real, live Russians say it, but that's what it sounds like when said by people who know a bit of Russian.

The Spanish transcription is Ígor Andréyev, I suppose to mark precisely the correct pronunciation (stress and the final syllable yev):
