Just posting to let you know that the name 'Juan' is also the most famous name from the Isle of Man.
The Manx way of pronouncing it is "joo-an". It has no Hispanic connections - it is the Manx Gaelic variant of 'John' and is widespread among the Isle and also overseas, wherever there are any Manx connections.
