Bíborka is a diminutive of Bíbor, another feminine Hungarian name. It seems that it is the word bíbor, "purple", used as name, but I'm not completely sure (since it is what I understood with the help of a dictionary).

"BÍBOR: A hasonló köznévből kialakult régi magyar név. Névnap: április 6."
