Can any one tell me where T'Challa or Azhar originated from and what does it mean?

For Azhar, click on the name, which is linked to the dictionary which is part of this site.
T'Challa is the name of a superhero character called "The Black Panther" in comic books created by the Marvel comics company. The character is said to be the king of the imaginary African country of Wakanda. It is probable that the name T'Challa was simply invented by the creators of the comic book character, as references to him are all that seems to come up on Google for "T'Challa."
