BAADr. It's all one syllable, but the r at the end is barely pronounced. There's a very small glottal stop on the "a" (a slight catch in the throat, nothing more) that is barely perceptible. The "r" is flipped, and barely sounds.

I've no technical information for you but I had a student with this name. He pronounced it: bih DAR (rhymes with the Indian instrument "sitar").
