My name is April, a few weeks ago my grandpa died and his last name was Daigle and that is my maidin name. i have been lookin all over the web to try and find out what that name means and i cant find it anywhere.I was told it is a French name and the spelling could of changed. I just really want to know- where the name came from,what it means, and what the real spelling of the name is. Thank you and i hope someone can help me.

Lawson: last name meaning
Hey, I have to do a huge report on my first, middle, and last name for my history class. I found a ton of info on the first and middle, but none on my last. If you can tell me anything about the name Lawson or where I can find some information please tell me before March 17th (wednsday)2004. Please help! Thanx sooooo much for everythin!

All I know about your name is that it is indeed French. You may have a better chance finding it under french-canadian.
