these names
Can anyone tell me if these two names are legit or not:
Sibel (the girl I know with this name is Turkish)seh-belle
Chrysoulla (shes Greek) cris-ool-uh
Thanks.
ETA: Also with the name Chrysanthe I have seen it spelt Chrisanthy too is that a legit spelling or just made up? Ta.

Chrysoula (and alternate spellings) is a diminutive form. I am trying to remember if it is for one particular name or for the feminine Chrys- names in general. Let me consult my friend on that one. Chrisanthy is just an alternative transliteration from Greek, but it isn't favored as much as other spellings.
There are 6 Turkish women listed in Wikipedia with the name Sibel. So I'd say it's legit. Sibel Edmonds, Sibel Can, Sibel Tüzün, Sibel Kekilli, Sibel Alaş
