Hey, can anyone tell me the meaning of my name?. Anjana sounds like its from an Indo-European language, but I want its meaning.

Anjana is a Good Fairie in northern spain mitology, specifically Cantabria. This is a good fairie who lives in the forest, and help the people, has long brown hair and green eyes, uses a long white silk tunic full of silver stars on it.
The first thing she does in the morning, is to sing a prayer for the well being all human kind.
I have one Ceramic Anjana next to my bed, it was a gift from the man I love.

Saw your message. I have just read that anjana means goddess, but i have always been told it means mysterious or secret.

It's indeed a Hindu name. I couldn't find a meaning for it, but it could be something with "offering" (Anjalee means "offering with both hands"). Anjana was the mother of Hanuman, the monkey god.
