This is just an alternative spelling of Jessica. Click on the underlined name itself, which is linked to this site's dictionary of names. (Though personally I have never been convinced by the "Iscah" derivation of this name and think Shakespeare is more likely to have created it as a feminine of Jesse.)

I was told it is ment to be hebrew based, by i can not find anything about it.

It's not - and you were told that on the basis of Rebecca --> Rebekah - however, Jessica is English/Shakespearean.
