Pronounced E lynn or E leen? Family name from dead relative and family swears its the 2nd.

I would say that E lynn is closer to the Swedish pronounciation since -in is not stretched like -een (-in is pronounced like the English word "in") The E on the other hand is stretched- Eeeh-lin It's hard to explain.
