Aiko would mean "little love" or "love child". "Ko" means "child" and is often found as a female suffix on Japanese female names. It was popular in previous decades to tack on the -ko suffix to any Japanese female name (in this case, Ai), but that trend seems to be becoming less common nowadays.
"Ko" is also found in male names, but less often; when it does appear, it's often at the beginning as a prefix rather than at the end as a suffix.
