Please start a new thread for a new topic: you will get better answers than by responding in an unrelated thread. Moreover, there is a search box for typing in names, and you should use that before posting because it is quicker: in this case, you would have found: Prakash.
The Sanskrit prefix pra is cognated with English fore and often specializes or intensifies the bringing forth aspect of a verbal root. The root kAsh means to shine or be visible. In combination pra-kAsh means to become manifest, appear, shine, and the corresponding noun prakAsha is visible, shining, bright, clear, gloss, laughter, well known, chapter of an exposition or an exposition, etc., and was used as names of minor characters in mythology already in the Mahabharata (some 2300 +/- 500 years old now, though the text clearly contains both older materials and newer additions/emendations/corruptions).

Brittany is a province in France. It's just a place name that is sometimes used as a name for a person.
