The first one is Bernal. It's a Spanish masculine name that I've been wondering about: how do you pronounce it and what does it mean? A famous bearer is Bernal Diaz del Castillo, who wrote about the conquest of Mexico.
The second is Encarnacion. It says in the database that it's feminine, but I'm wondering if it could also be used for a boy, seeing as I know a male Encarnacion.

Bernal is rather a Spanish surname than a name. It's an apheresis of germanic name Bernaldo ("berin: bear [warrior]" and "wald: government, rule"; literally "the government of the bear").

Bernal would be pronounced bayr-NAHL. Kind of. In Spanish E's are pronounced similar to English A's. Kind of hard to explain. Like the first half of A. It's not a dipthong in Spanish.
I've only heard Encarnacion as a surname. If you know a male Encarnacion though, I guess it can be used for a boy.
