As ADT said, it's a form of Katherine, pronounced as Ca-ta-line or Ca-ta-line-tje (ta instead of tha, hard t-sound, and instead of -tie, it's more likely to have been -tje, with we use in our language to point out it's a smaller form (for example: tree - littel tree would be boom - boompJE), and about the -lyn, that would've been -lijn in Dutch, a popular ending (pronounced like 'line').
