Anybody knows what Azael means? Thanks in advance :) I think it's Hebrew, and I know it's a male name but nothing else :(

I did not find the exact name, but here are the nearest forms I could find.
The latter forms are off by an extra consonant and that means they are probably not right since consonants are rarely dropped. But the first name, it is the form I personally believe to be your name. The 'h' is a rather ephemeral letter in European languages, and could easily be dropped (for instance, "Daniel" was rendered "Danihel" in Latin).
Asahel- "creature of God" or "made by God"
Asiel- "the work of God" or "created by God"
Azazel- word/name meaning 'scape-goat,' but literal translation unknown
Azriel/Asriel/Azareel/Asareel/Ashriel- "help of God" or "whom God helps" or "the beatitude of God" or "vow of God" or "whom God hath bound (by an oath)"

Thank you very much for everything :) I found exactly the same thing: Ashael is an alternative spelling for Azael, and I'm from a Spanish speaking country so yeap, you pronounce Azael and Ashael practically the same way.
I think Asiel is another spelling of Aziel, a flower name (girl).

I think Aziel/Asiel/Azahel/Asahel/Azael/Asael are essentially the same Hebrew name, defined as "creature of/created by/made by/work of God."
These names are inherently masculine and to make the feminine form from them, Italians add '-la', the French add '-le', and the Spanish add '-a'.

I found 2 meanings for Aziel:
male --> "created by god"
female --> a "flower" name... I think it was Azalea but I'm not sure. I know a woman with that name

Oh, these are two totally different names.
"Azalea," as the bush of that name, is from Greek 'azaleos' meaning 'dry.'
"Aziel/Azael" and other variations are Hebrew given names.

You're welcome. I enjoyed the research and seeing it come to a good understandable end, even when you threw curve balls like "Azalea."
From this point on, I won't think of these Hebrew names without recalling the similar Greek plant nomenclature.

i don't know what my name means. all i know is that it is phillipean.but no websites has any thing about philipians in them. is there any way u could help me find out what the name Taija means?

I don't know exactly why you assume the name to be Filipino, I have found no evidence of this. The name may be found in the Philippines, as I have found some evidence of "Taija" in use alongside Spanish names. I don't believe it to be a common Spanish name though, and can find no Spanish definition or longer name from which it is derived.
But I have no doubt "Taija" is a Finnish name. Taken from another post on this website, I have learned it is a Finnish pet-form of "Tatyana." "Tatyana" traces its origin back to Latin, but its meaning is unknown.
