Basically, it says the name must be the same. For example, if a great uncle was named Michael William, then your son could be Michael William II.
Not everyone gets the whole jr. / II thing. My brother named his son David Mark (his exact name) but didn't want a junior so he just put II after little David's name on the birth certificate. It's not technically accurate and we tried to tell him so, but legally, little David is David Mark II.

she likes the name. Its something i've wanted since i was a kid and letting me finnaly do ti sems to make her just as happy
