I'm pretty sure that Caellainn is just an anglicized version of the gaelic name? My wild guesses is Kal-lin or Kay-lin. I know that's no much help but it's the best I can do. The irish version of Kevin is similar to the gaelic spelling you put, so I think it's safe to assume that it's "lin" at the end.
