According to the first Welsh gaelic/ English translator I found, moon in Welsh is "lleuad" and "lloer". It's a feminine word. I have no idea about pronunciation though, as I don't know any Welsh myself. This site might be good for that though. http://www.wku.edu/~rob.harbison/pron.html
