i recently heard of the female name Najesca and really would like to know what it means, i cant remember where i heard it. anyone got any ideas?

My guess would be that what you heard was really Nadzeska, and that was a pet form of Nadzeja, the Belorussian form of Nadezhda, Russian for "hope".
