I'm trying to help a friend find the meaning of her name. Her first name is Tennise. All she could tell me about it, was that it is Dutch and it comes from the 14th century. Thanks to anyone who can help.

Honestly I'm not sure, it could be. But Tennyson is a Male form of the word. It's also not connected to the Dutch language, 14th century.
