You might want to try the Opinions board with this. They'll give you a lot of feedback on it, I'm sure.
I think if you like the name then you should use Tiabella. I don't think people would comment on it, as anyone who associates it with the porn star will most likely not be willing to admit that to you. Normal, unperverted people will only see it as an unusual name.
