Hey i read a post on here (dated like 4yrs ago lol) but i thought id clear it up.
N'Kara is also known as "Naikara and Nahkara"
Here is a bit about the name, It came off a Name sake certificate i got made for my daughter, Naikara.
On Short, in a baby name book that my mate brought back when she was on holiday in Egypt only a yr ago (My daughter is now 5yrs old) is says;
N'Kara / Nakara/ Naikara / Nahkara : Arabic for mother-of-pearl
Hope this clears it up.
