This seems to be a male name, in use in Turkey and among Albanians.
I consulted online dictionaries to check whether this name is at the same time a common Turkish (or Albanian) word. As far as I could find out, this is not the case.
As many Turkish names have Arabic roots, I tried to imagine what an Arabic root name could sound like. As I don't speak neither Turkish nor Arabic, I had no luck, coming up only with "Mafail", which does not seem to exist.
Does anybody have an idea?
