Has anybody got any information on the meaning of the name Rosolina? It's my mother's name (she was named after her great grandmother, who was Italian) and it's had me intrigued for a while. The most I could find is that there's a city near Venice by that name.

Could it be an Italian form of Rosaline? It looks like it, but I'm not sure.
